4.3 From third-party verification services. During KYC verification, p4p4 may use third-party identity verification services to cross-reference the identity documents you submit. 11.2 p4p4 will not charge a fee for exercising any of the above rights in ordinary circumstances. Where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive in scope, p4p4 reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline the request, providing written reasons for doing so.
12.1 The p4p4 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. p4p4 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not register an account or submit any personal data to p4p4.
12.2 If p4p4 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete all associated personal data, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment method following identity verification of the account holder.

13.1 The p4p4 Platform's primary server infrastructure is located in data centers serving the Southeast Asian region. In some cases, technical service providers (such as cloud infrastructure or analytics vendors) may process data in jurisdictions outside Indonesia.
